Graduated from the F. Skarina Gomel State University with a degree in Russian and Belarusian language and literature, completed postgraduate studies at the same university.

In 2000 -graduated from the Institute of Higher Education at BSU (Minsk) with a degree in cultural studies.

She has been living in Vilnius since 1991, where she headed the university department for 26 years and  the center at the Lithuanian University of Education.

She is an associate professor of the Department of Russian Philology and Intercultural Communications, a senior researcher at the Laboratory of Linguistic Research from 2007 to 2017.

The Author of scientific works on linguistics, education, communication, an editor and a member of the editorial board of a number of scientific publications. The author and head of The School of Successful Communication.
