Galina Pushkina

Hello. My name is Galina but my students call me Mrs. Pushkin.
I have been teaching Russian language and Russian literature for more than 12 years and I do love it. I am a co-author of a history course for bilinguals "Mysteries of Ancient Russia".

For me, bilingual education is when a child finds his own way to knowledge. Where mistakes are not judged, but welcomed. And where knowledge is not an axiom, but a path, and questions and doubts are stairs and steps to success .

When we talk about the Russian language for bilinguals, it’s vital to motivate students. Sometimes it is difficult for children to get together and learn our difficult Russian language. After all, there are many other exciting activities.
That’s why It is important to support and assist children.

If you ask me what is the easiest way to preserve the language for bilinguals - I would say that reading together and discussion. This is the best approach to work.
In LinguaRus, I will help teachers to find the most effective ways of studying languages.
